After more than a decade here in our little village of Neffi\u00e8s, we have come to know the Languedoc in a way that only comes when you actually live your life here. Over the years, we’ve gotten to know the people and life here, and we’d love to show you the best that the area has to offer. <\/p>\n
When you join us on our wine and food tours, you’ll be staying at La Belle Vue, our little boutique B&B created with the same care we ourselves crave when we travel: antique linen sheets, fluffy down comforters, muted colors, candlelight, and breakfast on the terrace with levain bread from the village baker and fruit from the P\u00e9zenas market.<\/p>\n
During the days, we move between our favorite vineyards. These are not anonymous visits – we go to the homes of people we know well, who open their cellars, tell us about their land, their choices and their dreams, and let us taste the wines where they belong. <\/p>\n
All our winemakers work with a deep respect for nature, creating wines that combine craft, tradition and innovation. You won’t just hear the words organic, biodynamic or regenerative – you’ll see how it’s done in practice.
\nAnd the wines? Many of them end up in Michelin-starred restaurants around France. But with us, you’ll taste them right where they belong: with your feet in the gravel, the Pyrenean wind at your back and the vines just a few meters away. <\/p>\n
One day we have lunch among the vines. Other evenings we visit our two favorite restaurants in the village, where the warmth, the ingredients and the craftsmanship are exactly what we love about France. <\/p>\n
And then we serve our own dinners at home – often oysters, moules frites or something simple but elegant from the market. One evening a winemaker comes to us and we create a whole menu around their wines. <\/p>\n
These are small groups – always a maximum of 12 people – to make room for the conversations, questions, tastes and encounters. It’s like traveling with friends, but without having to think about anything other than enjoying yourself. <\/p>\n
And of course, all the wines you taste can be ordered home, free of charge, to your door in Sweden.<\/p>\n
